Sign Up Instructions
Parents sign up for volunteer shifts at each meet through our website. Each family with swimmers participating in a meet must serve for at least half of the meet in a job specified by the swim team. Jobs are first come, first served; however, you must be certified for the job you would like to do, or your name won’t be listed. Our volunteer coordinator reserves the right to shift positions, if necessary. In the event all positions are not filled, families not signed up for a job will be assigned a position based on availability and certifications. If you are unable to work during your scheduled time slot, it is YOUR responsibility to find a replacement and notify Sam Horak (704-942-6822 ) at least 24 hours before the start of the meet or as soon as possible.
How to Register for Jobs at a Meet:
Log in to them website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Go to Meets & Events.
Click the JOB SIGNUP button and sign up for volunteer shifts for the specified meet. (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
Click Save Assignments.
